I’ve always loved my curly hair, but sometimes I do get bored with it since it always looked the same.  When I decided to try something to get my hair straight, I just could not find a flat iron that can do the job.  That is until I found the Solano Sapphire Collection 2-1/4″ Flat Iron.

The Solano Sapphire Collection 2-1/4″ Flat Iron has done wonders for me.  I never thought I could do something with my hair that wasn’t going to be a permanent fix.  I’ve been through many other flat irons, but none of them came anywhere close to this especially its maintenance free. I have really thick hair and the flat irons I previously owned either damaged my hair or just wouldn’t give me the results I was looking for.  It almost got to the point where I was about to give up, until I heard about the Solano Sapphire Collection.

I read that the Solano Sapphire Collection has been recognized worldwide due to its technical advancement and high standard of durability and quality, not to mention the fact that it is also used by artists in the beauty industry.  So I decided to go with this product and told myself that if this does not work, then I’m really giving up.  It actually took me after two tries before finally getting used to it. 

I love how the removable comb helps keep my hair in place between the plates as I draw down the iron.  It is also able to reach temperatures of about 340-400 degrees or so without the need of setting the temperature, which works perfectly well when straightening my hair. 

The thumb grip was also a nice touch since it gives you more control over the iron while clamping and pulling it down through your hair.  The thumb grip also comes handy since the iron is a little heavy which may require you to use both hands.

The extra long cord is also a nice feature.  At least now I don’t have to sit so close to any outlets since the long cord allows me more freedom to move around with the iron in my hand.  Also, the fact that the Solano Sapphire Collection 2-1/4″ Flat Iron is dual voltage is such a convenience for me.  I can bring it along with me whenever I travel to other countries, and I no longer have to worry about looking for another flat iron that will work just as well as my Solano.

I can’t say anything else about my Solano Sapphire Collection 2-1/4″ Flat Iron.  This is truly the best iron in y opinion and I hope it will last me for years.  I’m even thinking of purchasing another one just in case anything happens to this since this may be the only iron that will give me the results I am happy with.
